  • The product must be in its original packaging, with all labels, seals, and tags intact.
  • You must request the return within 30 days of receiving the product.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Medicine and other health-related products (unless defective or damaged).
  • Opened or used skincare, hair care, or cosmetic items.
  • Sun Block, Face Masks, and other hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable once opened.

How to Return an Item?

To return an item, follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your product. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Pack the Product: Ensure the product is in its original, unused condition with packaging and tags intact.
  • Return Shipping: You will receive a return address and instructions. Please use a reliable and trackable shipping service to ensure your return is processed properly.

Note: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are generally processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, items purchased at a discounted price or during a sale cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@neespharma.com, and we will guide you through the process.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety regulations. These include:

  • Medicine and health-related products.
  • Opened or used items from Eye Care, Hair Care, Serums, and Korean Creams.
  • Used or opened Sun Block and Face Masks.

Please check the product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

For expensive items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
